We’re Bobby and Micky, the faces behind Desi Jockeys, one of Manchester’s go-to Asian Wedding DJ companies. What started as a shared love for music has grown into a journey that’s taken us from packed-out wedding receptions in the UK to sun-soaked festivals in Spain and the Canary Islands.

Our story began right here in Manchester. We started by DJing at local Asian weddings and community events. One event led to another, and before we knew it, we were being booked for bigger crowds and more elaborate celebrations. People began to recognise us not just for the music, but for how we read the room and lifted the vibe.

We’re known for a sound that’s eclectic, energetic, and always evolving. At our core, we specialise in Bollywood and Punjabi music, from golden oldies to fresh new bangers. But we’re just as comfortable blending in RnB, Pop, Dance and Chart hits, creating a fusion that brings together all ages and backgrounds.

Over the years, our journey has gone far beyond weddings. We’ve headlined Holi Festivals in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Malaga, bringing our signature sound to thousands of people dancing in the sun. We’ve also played Diwali celebrations, birthdays and private events both abroad and across the UK.

Back home, we’ve brought serious energy to corporate parties and brand events. We’ve shared stages with Will.i.am and provided entertainment for big names like Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing. Whether we’re in a hotel ballroom or on an outdoor stage, our high-energy mix of genres and live Dhol beats keeps the dancefloor buzzing.
